Depending on your insurance policy, you may have a discount, co-pay or coinsurance fee.
Certain plans do not cover acupuncture until deductibles are met.
Some insurances may require you to get a doctor's referral before acupuncture is covered.
Your policy may have a limit on the number of acupuncture visits and what medical conditions it will cover.
